Blush and facial morphology

Face is not perfect. We are born with a face shape and it seems he will do with it. Not that much actually. Makeup is there to help us. Due to the easy blush and some simple techniques application, you can correct morphology of the face too long, too round or too square to create the illusion of a beautiful perfect oval. Here are some drawings that show how to apply blush on the cheeks in the right way according to each type of face, and how to create shadows with a dark powder as bronzer.

Obviously, the drawings show the blush and shadows so distinguished and exaggerated in order to clearly see the exact location, but if these techniques are performed on a real face, it is to take it easy and do a good melted. It is important to do this type of patches in the light of day, so that they pass unnoticed. If you are not comfortable with handling a brush and use a powder blush, you can try the cream blush. They are easy to use easily melting the skin and finger work. For more information on the application of blush check out my article on this subject.

Oval face

The oval face shape is the basic makeup. One on which we must rely to correct all other morphologies. In fact, it is the perfect shape. The oval face is easy to recognize, since he has no spoken lines. Everything is balanced. Forehead and chin of good length, cheekbones stood out, bent and regular shapes, everything is where it should be. By cons, it does not mean that we should not highlight!

Long face

To recognize a long face, you look first chin, which is longer than average. In addition, the jaws are more discreet, the face is fine and nose is also longer.

The goal will be to cut the face in half and create a perpendicular line, which takes the eye to the side of the face. Blush should be applied completely horizontal, to contrast with the vertical line along the face.
For dark eye shadows that create, once again we want to cut the face in half digging cheekbones. It therefore requires a dash of bronzer or any other darker than your natural skin tone, just under the cheekbone shadow mat. It will also address the long form by creating a shadow at the ends of the face: high forehead and chin down.

Square face

The square face is also quite easy to recognize, as it is angular. The most obvious note is the presence of more pronounced jaws. The forehead and chin are themselves also more bone. The square face, unlike the long face is too horizontal. We must therefore create the illusion of vertical lines. In contrast, the forms will also be more rounded, curvaceous. This softens facial lines.
The blush will be applied according to the technique "looks good" that is to smile and apply the blush in the center of the most flattering part of your cheekbone in rotating movements.
